The Optimist Health Project aims to provide contemporary evidence-based knowledge pertaining to health in an easy-to-understand way. The broad goal is the prevention of lifestyle diseases. Our four key focus areas are: Health and Wellness, Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Emotional Wellnesss.
The primary contributor is Timothy Chifamba, D.M.D., a Dentist and Health Promoter with special interest in preventative and community health.
